Traveling offers the opportunity to explore new places, meet new people, and enhance your skills while providing valuable services where they are needed most. This page will provide you with some essential information on how to embark on this journey and thrive.

Determine Your Eligibility
Before pursuing a career as a healthcare traveler, it's important to ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications. Typically, healthcare travelers are required to have a professional license or certification in their field of expertise. Additionally, Agencies and Facilities prefer candidates with at least one to two years of clinical experience, although requirements may vary.2
Preparing your Documents
Before applying for assignments, you'll need to gather and organize important documents such as your professional licenses, certifications, immunization records, and resume. We can help you organise all of those. Most Facilities may also require background checks and drug screenings as part of the application process. Having these documents readily available will streamline the application process and increase our chances of securing you the most desirable assignments.3
Apply for Assignments
Once we've helped you to prepare your documents, it's time to start applying for assignments. We'll work closely with you to identify opportunities that align with your location preferences and career goals. Be flexible and open to exploring assignments in different locations and healthcare settings, as this will expand your opportunities and enrich your professional experience.4
Preparing to Travel
Once you've been offered an assignment, it's time to prepare for your travel adventure. You'll have to look for accommodation, obtaining any necessary travel permits or licenses, and familiarize yourself with your new workplace and community.
