President

Carrie Ellis

For over 20 years I have worked in healthcare recruitment and workforce solutions, holding key leadership positions at renowned organizations such as AMN, Aureus Medical, Medefis and AHSA. As the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, I lead the efforts to place highly skilled oncology, imaging and therapy professionals, ensuring top-tier talent for radiation therapy, dosimetry, physicists, imaging and therapy roles across healthcare facilities.

I live in the country outside of Omaha, NE with my husband Tony, our youngest son and 4 dogs. I have 2 sons attending KU. I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake or in the mountains of upstate NY.

Laurence Butcher

Founder and CEO of HiFX Plc, one of the UK’s largest non-bank foreign exchange service providers - acquired by Euronet Worldwide in 2014.

During the last decade Laurence has enjoyed his time as an investor in several sectors including financial services, healthcare, property, energy and mining. Laurence is also an advisor to a financial services recruitment business.

Jonathan Shrewsbury

With a healthcare career spanning 33 years, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to WHR. He has a proven track record as both a clinician and businessman. In 1992 he graduated as a Physical Therapist in the UK, working ‘hands on’ in the Public, Elite Sport and Private sectors for 13 years. From 2005 onwards his focus shifted towards setting up and or operating healthcare businesses including Allied Therapy, Diagnostic Imaging, Clinical Laboratories, Home Health and Staffing Agencies. He is well versed in the management of large administrative and clinical teams over multiple sites.

Although he is based just outside London, UK, with his wife and two grown up daughters, he visits the States regularly to meet up with Carrie and the Team. He is excited to work with them all to help develop an exceptional service for both clinicians and clients alike. When he is not working Jonathan loves nothing more than socialising with friends and family, watching sport, playing golf and supporting his soccer team Crystal Palace!

Wendy Jones

I’m a trained Radiographer with over 20 years of experience at a mid-sized community hospital. While I loved the people and the work, I felt ready for a new challenge and decided to pursue travel tech. Though leaving my work family was tough, the experience of working in different environments and meeting new people was incredibly rewarding. After two years, I returned home to focus on family and sought a role where I could apply my organizational skills and passion for excellent customer service. Joining the WHR family as Compliance Manager has been a perfect fit, allowing me to work alongside a supportive, knowledgeable team in a close-knit, family-oriented environment.
In my personal time, family is my greatest joy. I’m blessed with a 32-year marriage, two wonderful daughters, and four beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy reading crime and mystery fiction, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring my creativity through crafting. My husband and I love traveling, whether it's a quick visit to see family in nearby states or road trips across the country. Our favorite destination is Homer, Alaska, where we have a cozy dry cabin overlooking the stunning Kachemak Bay.

Ryan Bowder

I have over 18 years of experience in the medical staffing industry. I have held titles such as Recruiter, Acccount Manager, Team Lead, Director of Mentoring and Branch Manager positions throughout my career. I specialize in Allied Health, working with a variety of specialties including X-Ray, CT, MRI, Nuc Med, PET/CT, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, Physicists, Mammo, and General/Vascular/Echo sonographers. I try to be the staffing provider and employer of choice by my commitment to customer service, responsiveness and deep industry knowledge.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Paige and I have 3 wonderful children and our yellow lab named Fred. We enjoy going on bike rides and walks, spending time at the lake, and attending all of my kids activities and sporting events.

Dan Todd

I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, which has seamlessly transitioned into the medical travel sector. My focus is putting the clinician first, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the entire journey from start to finish. I take pride in not only managing the complex logistics of medical travel but also in building meaningful connections with my travelers by learning about their lives beyond the medical realm. This allows me to offer highly personalized customer service, ensuring every aspect of their journey is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Living in vibrant Southern Alabama, I thrive on the energy of attending and watching all kinds of sporting events. My heart beats for the spirited Mardi Gras traditions of Mobile, where I’m actively involved in the festivities and love to boast that "Mobile started Mardi Gras, not New Orleans!" Life on the Gulf Coast has also given me a passion for incredible cuisine, with seafood taking center stage as my all-time favorite.

I have over 20 years in Recruiting and HR. Consistently placing top talent across multiple industries and expanding into healthcare has been a rewarding and challenging experience. While my phone is never off, I do enjoy time with my family of five, and two dogs. As a family traveling to National Parks has become a new bucket list item and we are quickly checking them off the list. Youth basketball and Dance have been forced into my life, while keeping time for bad golf and sporting events with friends still remain high on my priority list. Faith is a cornerstone of my life and family.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, I have spent much of my career building, launching, and growing Allied Health divisions for travel healthcare staffing agencies. My professional journey has included working with industry leaders such as Aureus, AMN Healthcare, Malone, LRS Healthcare, and Genesis, where I've developed a strong understanding of the Allied staffing industry and a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with the right opportunities.
Outside of work, I'm fortunate to share life with my wonderful wife, our six children, six grandchildren, and five dogs. Family is at the center of everything I do, and there's nothing better than getting everyone together for a good family dinner. When I'm not spending time with family, you'll usually find me woodworking, cooking, working on crafts, or pursuing my passion for fishing whenever I get the chance.

My journey began as a valet, and I went on to work as a CNA, billing, payroll and scheduling coordinator, and administrative assistant. Along the way, I also gained experience overseeing central supply and maintenance, recruiting, and marketing.
Today, I bring that diverse, hands-on healthcare experience to my role as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Having worked in so many areas of healthcare, I understand the people, challenges, and dedication it takes to provide exceptional care.

Aquia Blasingame

Hi! My name is Aquia Blasingame. I am extremely excited to begin my journey as a healthcare recruiter with Windsor Healthcare Recruitment. As a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, I have nearly twenty years of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist and nine years of experience as a registered nurse. The majority of my career has been spent in cardiology, rehabilitation, and telehealth. I also have experience as both a lead tech and clinical supervisor.

My husband and I live in Alabama. We have two awesome children, Elijah and Nilah, and welcomed a wonderful daughter-in-law, Madison in January 2026. Elijah is currently in medical school at my alma mater, while Nilah has just begun her first semester of nursing school at UAB. Our pups are Izzy and Millie, both goldendoodles! In my spare time, I love reading, exercising, even if it's a long walk through the neighborhood, and traveling.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, which aligns perfectly with my passion for helping people find the right job opportunities. I live with my husband, Roman, and our clingy baby boy, RJ. We also have a sweet teacup Maltese named Sugar. As a family, we love spending time together traveling—especially to the beach—and trying out new places to eat.

For over twenty years, I have worked in both the healthcare and financial technology sectors in various roles related to risk management, quality improvement and regulatory preparedness/compliance. I recently joined Windsor Healthcare Recruitment as a Recruiter and look forward to developing new skills, particularly learning about the traveler side of healthcare. I live in New Hampshire with my daughter, Jenna and a menagerie of rescued dogs/cats.
