Our Team
At Windsor Healthcare Recruitment (WHR), we take pride in our exceptional team of staffing professionals who are dedicated to delivering high quality services and solutions in the traveler industry. Our team is comprised of experienced individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, all working together to ensure that our employees and clients receive unparalleled support and assistance.
Here’s why our team is truly outstanding:
For over 20 years I have worked in healthcare recruitment and workforce solutions, holding key leadership positions at renowned organizations such as AMN, Aureus Medical, Medefis and AHSA. As the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, I lead the efforts to place highly skilled oncology, imaging and therapy professionals, ensuring top-tier talent for radiation therapy, dosimetry, physicists, imaging and therapy roles across healthcare facilities.
I live in the country outside of Omaha, NE with my husband Tony, our youngest son and 4 dogs. I have 2 sons attending KU. I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake or in the mountains of upstate NY.

With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry and more than 25 years in human resources, I am a seasoned leader adept at navigating both start-up and established agencies. My leadership roles have spanned across operations, credentialing, and human resources, where I have successfully guided diverse teams. I firmly believe in the power of surrounding oneself with talented individuals and maintaining a positive outlook.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband, our boxer dog, and two adult children—a daughter and a son. I am passionate about home projects, including self-taught building and remodelling. Traveling is another joy of mine, and I look forward to exploring more destinations in the future. I always keep an eye out for teaching moments, much to the amusement of my family.

I’m a trained Radiographer with over 20 years of experience at a mid-sized community hospital. While I loved the people and the work, I felt ready for a new challenge and decided to pursue travel tech. Though leaving my work family was tough, the experience of working in different environments and meeting new people was incredibly rewarding. After two years, I returned home to focus on family and sought a role where I could apply my organizational skills and passion for excellent customer service. Joining the WHR family as Compliance Manager has been a perfect fit, allowing me to work alongside a supportive, knowledgeable team in a close-knit, family-oriented environment.
In my personal time, family is my greatest joy. I’m blessed with a 32-year marriage, two wonderful daughters, and four beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy reading crime and mystery fiction, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring my creativity through crafting. My husband and I love traveling, whether it's a quick visit to see family in nearby states or road trips across the country. Our favorite destination is Homer, Alaska, where we have a cozy dry cabin overlooking the stunning Kachemak Bay.

I have been an allied health recruiter of seven years. I have a passion for helping healthcare employees find their dream assignments and building long-lasting relationships with them. I always want to make sure I find the right job, not just any job. I specialize in understanding the unique needs of both candidates and clients to create successful placements and ensure a seamless recruiting process.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and when we are not traveling, we love spending time with our two adult children. I also love my sport, so when I’m not at work or with the family, I’m most likely to be found on the golf course or watching my beloved Huskers.

I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, which has seamlessly transitioned into the medical travel sector. My focus is putting the clinician first, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the entire journey from start to finish. I take pride in not only managing the complex logistics of medical travel but also in building meaningful connections with my travelers by learning about their lives beyond the medical realm. This allows me to offer highly personalized customer service, ensuring every aspect of their journey is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Living in vibrant Southern Alabama, I thrive on the energy of attending and watching all kinds of sporting events. My heart beats for the spirited Mardi Gras traditions of Mobile, where I’m actively involved in the festivities and love to boast that "Mobile started Mardi Gras, not New Orleans!" Life on the Gulf Coast has also given me a passion for incredible cuisine, with seafood taking center stage as my all-time favorite.
