TalentTrack 2026 — you were worth the trip.

Of course, we would have loved to come home with the TalentTrack Rising Star Award.

We didn’t.

But there can only be one winner — and a huge congratulations to Envista Resources, the winners of the 2026 TalentTrack Rising Star Award. A fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserving of a moment in the spotlight.

But after two brilliant days in Omaha, it’s surprisingly difficult to feel disappointed.

Being named a Finalist was something we were incredibly proud of. But TalentTrack 2026 turned out to be about much more than an award.

It was about conversations, ideas, new connections and spending time with some great people from across the healthcare staffing industry.

Nearly 200 people. One industry. Plenty to talk about.

TalentTrack brought together nearly 200 healthcare staffing leaders for its first in-person conference — and what made it particularly refreshing was how open those conversations were.

Windsor were represented by Carrie Ellis (President), Laurence Butcher (Owner/Director), Ryan Bowder (Director of Recruitment) and Wendy Jones (Director of Compliance).

Competitors talked to competitors. Industry leaders shared what’s working — and what’s not. There were discussions about recruitment, technology, marketing, candidate experience and where healthcare staffing goes from here.

For Windsor, still relatively early in our own story, having the opportunity to listen, learn, share experiences and build relationships with people from across the industry was hugely valuable.

We came away with new ideas, new connections and plenty to think about.

And probably a few more contacts in our phones than when we arrived.

Well done, Team TalentTrack.

Putting together an event that feels relaxed while running smoothly takes an enormous amount of work behind the scenes.

So a huge congratulations and thank you to Oliver Feakins, Carly Miller and the entire TrackFive team for creating such a great couple of days.

The team’s ambition was to create an event where the healthcare staffing community could genuinely learn, connect and grow together — and judging by the conversations taking place throughout the two days, they certainly achieved that.

And congratulations, of course, to all of this year’s TalentTrack Award winners and finalists. Being recognised alongside businesses and people doing great things across our industry was something we’re very proud of.

As for TalentTrack?

TrackFive has already announced that it’s heading back to Omaha on May 25–26, 2027.

We’ll see you there.

TalentTrack 2027 — Windsor will be back.
