We’ve got some exciting news to share.
Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group has been named a Finalist for the Rising Star Award at the 2026 Talent Track Awards hosted in Omaha, NE on June 2-3 2026.
And yes, we’re pretty proud of this one.
The Rising Star Award recognises businesses making their mark in the staffing industry — and for a company that is still relatively early in its story, being recognised in this way means a lot.
But this isn’t really a story about an award.
It’s a story about the people behind Windsor.
Built by a team that cares.
Since Windsor began, we’ve had a pretty simple ambition: to build a healthcare staffing company that does things properly.
One that listens.
One that tells clinicians and clients the truth.
One that works hard behind the scenes to get the details right.
And one where people genuinely care about the experience they create for everyone they work with.
That takes a team.
From Recruitment and Business Development to Credentialing, Compliance, Payroll and Operations, there are people across Windsor working every day to make that ambition a reality.
Their energy, determination and belief in what we’re building are the real reason we’ve reached this point.

These three words have become an important part of what Windsor stands for.

Being shortlisted for the Rising Star Award feels like a lovely moment to recognise how far that approach has already taken us.
But we’re nowhere near finished.
